    Oct 21, 2009· Well today I dropped 12 LBs of urea on 5000 sq ft of grass. I set my Scotts drop spreader on 7.5 and that setting seemed to work almost perfectly. The urea balls are not small so trying a lower setting just wont work to well. So for me, a setting of 7.5 seems to work pretty well to drop Lesco urea using a Scotts acugreen 3000 drop spreader.
